Yoga is more than making shapes - in fact it’s not really about the shapes at all. 

Yoga is a series of practices that help still the mind. Breath-work is yoga. Meditation is yoga. Asana (pose ) is yoga. Mantra is yoga. Believe it or not we can even turn cleaning the dishes into a yoga practice!

Mobility

Practising yoga asana (poses) builds strength - strengthening & toning our muscles, improving blood circulation, regulating the nervous system, lymphatic system & endocrine system (hormones). 

 

Focus.

Improve your ability to focus, mental clarity and mood. Whether seated in a meditation posture, holding a balance or moving through a sequence - practising yoga builds concentration & focus, which assists in boosting energy levels.
