Join Patience for Find Your Voice ~ an embodied voice workshop on Easter Saturday.

If you’ve ever wanted to explore your voice, connect through sound, or simply experience the joy of singing, this is for you.

When: 10am - 12pm on Saturday 19th April

✨ This workshop is for you if you:

  • Love singing but don’t do it as much as you’d like

  • Want to explore your voice and express yourself more freely

  • Feel drawn to using sound for well-being and self-connection

  • Would love to tap into your creativity and musicality

  • Just want to do something fun for yourself!

Through breath, meditation, voice and sound techniques, we’ll explore the voice in a way that feels free, joyful, and deeply connected.

Yin & Sound ~ a restorative soundbath

Saturday 19th April, 12.30 - 1.30pm

Waiheke Island, NZ

After the workshop, you’re invited to deepen your experience with an optional Yin & Sound session. This 60-minute practice will help you relax, restore, and integrate the morning’s discoveries through gentle restorative yin yoga and a soothing sound bath. If you choose this add-on, you can also opt for a light lunch to nourish your body and connect with fellow participants, making it a full day of self-care and community.
