Pregnancy yoga offers a space to reconnect to yourself, your breath and your baby. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and voice techniques, you’ll build strength, release tension and prepare your body and mind for the birthing journey ahead.

In-Person Classes – Waiheke Island

Small group classes held in a warm, supportive environment — by appointment and in short blocks.

Each session includes:

  • Functional movement to support strength and mobility

  • Breath practices to calm the nervous system

  • Gentle stretching and pelvic floor awareness

  • Simple vocal techniques to support labour

  • Space to connect with other local mums-to-be

These classes are ideal from your second trimester onward.
