Pregnancy Yoga

Join Patience on a 5 week journey to unwind, build strength of mind & body and learn relaxation techniques to prepare yourself for a grounded birthing experience.

This class uses techniques from yoga, functional movement & will also uncover the basics of how sound and using your voice can help you through labour AND prepare the body for birth.

Pregnancy yoga is a whole lotta fun (as well as relaxation!) and a chance to meet other mums-to-be going through a similar experience.

Online classes

In person classes

This class is by appointment only. Please contact Patience here to register your interest and go on the waitlist for the next 5 week course.

A 75 minute class at the Waiheke Red Cross Hall.

Tea & a healthy treat will be given at the end of this class.

This is a Koha based class, meaning pay-what-you-can.

Note: We recommend joining this class once you are past the first trimester, or after you have spoken to your LMC.
