A little while ago, I was invited by Ashley Welsh to appear on his Waiheke Radio show “A Joint Conversation”. A popular show amongst Waiheke Island locals, I couldn’t wait to join him for an honest conversation on what led me to start my own business, how my journey with anxiety and depression was the driving force behind Sing & Move, what starting a business looked like (think - Joe Wicks at an empty park!) plus we reminisce about our favourite tunes and my high octane (& polar opposite to now!) life working in the music industry & living in London.
