Hello, I’m Patience…

I’m a Holistic Voice Coach, Vocalist & Registered Yoga Teacher.

I help people who are struggling with anxiety, stress & imposter syndrome to come into their power through sound, movement & the voice - to help you feel empowered, raise your vibe and find your voice.

It’s my role to assist you as you start to discover your own voice, feel better in your body and help you to shift your own emotional state - using sound, mindfulness & movement techniques to help you move and speak with ease.

 

Drawing inspiration from yoga, meditation, breath-work & over fifteen years of voice training and experience as a professional vocalist; I developed a voice programme for ordinary people to help you find your voice, bring balance to your mind & feel more confident.

Find Your Voice

This program incorporates elements of movement, meditation, breath-work, sound healing & vocal technique to help you move past limiting beliefs, explore your unique sound & feel empowered when using your voice.

Hatha Flow with Mantra

A gentle Hatha Yoga practice followed by meditation & mantra chanting. Start to explore your voice and experience the healing qualities of sound.

Next Intake: TBA

• Weekly class over 6 weeks

• 3 x weekly LIVE morning mantra sessions

• 1 x yoga philosophy class with guest teacher
