Yoga & Sound Retreats on Waiheke Island

After an incredible sold-out Winter Solstice mini retreat, we returned to the Stony Batter Tunnels for another sold-out retreat to welcome in the Spring Equinox.

The mini retreat includes: yoga, sound healing, mini yoga hike, mantra & sound workshop, restorative yin and afternoon tea.

Online Yoga Studio

The Online Studio is here for you - to practice when you are on the go, at home or on your travels.

The studio includes Dynamic Vinyasa, Slow Flow Hatha, Mindful Yoga, Breath Practices, Meditation, Mantra & Pregnancy Yoga classes.

Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga can ease discomfort, and prepare you physically and mentally for labour and birth.

Suitable at any stage during your second & third trimester, right up to birth.

Hello, I’m Patience…

I’m a Voice, Yoga & Meditation Teacher based online & on Waiheke Island, and the Founder of the Yoga Hike Club.

Singing, Yoga & Meditation are responsible for some of the greatest changes in my own life that have enabled me to live a more present, mindful & empowered life - so I’m here to share these gifts with you!

Whether you are struggling with anxiety & stress, or simply want to feel better in your body, or maybe you’d like to fulfil a dream of learning to sing - I’m here to guide you as you come into your own power through sound, movement or meditation.

It’s my role to assist you as you start to discover your own voice, feel better in your body and help you to shift your own emotional state - using sound, mindfulness & movement techniques to help you move and sing with ease.

 

Drawing inspiration from yoga, meditation, breath-work & over fifteen years of voice training and experience as a professional vocalist; I developed a voice programme for ordinary people to help you find your voice, bring balance to your mind & feel more confident.
